Leader Development Bootcamps

Leadership development boot camps were conducted to train promising and enterprising grassroots-level backward caste candidates on various aspects of leadership. Sessions related to ethical leadership, social media marketing, media interaction, raising public issues, understanding the legal system, electoral management and poll management were conducted with the help of prominent intellectuals for the all-round leadership development of the candidates.
Mentorship guidance was provided to these candidates by tagging them with prominent leaders to jumpstart their political careers and provide one-on-one advice to the aspiring leaders

Atmiya Sabhas with various backward castes like Mudiraj, Perika, Meru, Are Katika, Kummari, Vishwabrahmin, Padmashali, Goud, Yadav, Munnurukapu etc were conducted to discuss the issues faced by the respective castes in the political, social and economic spheres of life and raise awareness about these issues in the society.
Plans were made and executed to bring synergy between various Backward Caste organisations to bring them together on a common platform

Various intellectual sessions were conducted to discuss issues related to Backward Caste communities in Telangana. The prominent issues being faced by the Backward caste communities like under-representation in political space, reservations for Backward Castes in local government, poor skill development avenues, and unemployment for the Backward Caste youth were given special attention.
Various memorandums were submitted to the government, public representatives and influencers on steps to be taken to the upliftment of the Backward Caste communities

Soil was collected from “Mhow”, the birthplace of Dr B R Ambedkar in Madhya Pradesh and distributed in Telangana to inspire the people to work towards a fair and equitable society inspired by Dr B R Ambedkar’s ideals of liberty, equality and fraternity.

In order to make the common man aware of actual ideology of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, Gyana Mala programs are conducted. An expert who has in depth knowledge of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule's ideology, the work done by him for the backward classes, gives a talk about the same in villages, in community halls, gram panchayats.
